Impressive Sideboard by Jules Leleu

Outstanding sideboard by Jules Leleu, Paris, 1950s. Whole made from high quality Maple veneer, the two middle artistic lacquered doors are made by Paul Etienne Sain and Henri Tambute and have wonderful small drawings in gild and azure. The cabinet stands on beautiful neoclassical legs out of Gilded bronze, same for the keys. The gilt shows a lovely patina. The cabinet is provided with four doors; behind the left door is a row of six drawers with fine bronze knobs, the other units have shelves. The inside of the cabinet is from Mahogany. All in a good original condition.
